SageMotion Apps Terms of Use

Definitions

“Apps” are any applications involving code and algorithms intended to be installed and run on SageMotion’s existing software and hardware system architecture.

Your Apps

You own the rights to the Apps you have written. SageMotion does not claim ownership of your Apps. You have the permission, free of charge, to deal with your Apps without restriction, including without limitation the rights, to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of your Apps.

You represent and warrant that you are the owner of, or have all the necessary rights to use, your Apps. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant licenses to your Apps. Your Apps must not violate or infringe on any patent, copyright, other intellectual property right, or any other legal right of any party. You agree not to share or otherwise make available, or store any of your Apps that, as a matter of law, you are not permitted to share or otherwise make available, or store. You understand that you, and not SageMotion, are entirely responsible for your Apps.

SageMotion’s Apps

SageMotion, grants permission, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of any Apps written by a person compensated by SageMotion to deal in the Apps without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Apps, and to permit persons to whom the Apps are furnished to do so, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing for a specific App.

Apps Provided “AS IS”

ALL SAGEMOTION APPS, INCLUDING YOUR APPS AND SAGEMOTION’S APPS, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPS OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE APPS.
